Everything there is at a high level, including spa and restaurant.In my opinion Berd's hotel perfectly represents impeccable Moldova's hospitality that is one hardly to be equalized somewhere else in Europe nowadays!

In terms of services the hotel should be categorized in my opinion somewhere between 4 and 5 stars. In short terms it is a pleasant stay for a quick business trip.

Very courteous, professional, and respectful staff, starting with the valet, receptionist, spa and restaurant staff. They all truly made it feel like an amazing personalized experience.

All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. Comfortable clean and big room with all necessary amenities and toiletries. Delicious food in the restaurant and bar. Perfect location.

Lovely service, room and staff. Spa and massage one of the best. We've stayed at great hotels all over Europe Asia and the Americas it meets ghe standard.

We loved Adam from the bar he is amazinggg we will come back to visit him again in summer We spend all our money in the bar and was very happy no need to go outside the hotel when you have Adam ! :)

By far the best hotel in Chisinau, easy pick for us. Been staying here for all the work trips we have done in the past years. Quiet, excellent breakfast, very friendly service and staff. Only tip is to book in advance if you are planning to stay there- during the more popular times it's quite hard to get a reservation at the last minute.
